We understand that some patients face legitimate barriers in accessing care. Our compassionate access program provides subsidisation discounts depending on patient circumstances.

General concession program

10%

We can provide support to valid government concession card holders including the following: Health care card; Ex-carer allowance (child) health care card; Foster child health care card; Low-income health care card; Pensioner concession card; Commonwealth Seniors Health card, then you may qualify for this program.

Frontline heroes

20%

Supporting the people who are dedicated to the health and safety of our community. We support active Police Officers, Fire Fighters, Nurses, Paramedics and those who have retired and served more than 10 years of service.

Veterans community

20%

myeden proudly supports people who have sacrificed for our community. This includes veterans, former members of the ADF and includes eligible white and gold veteran cards.

Exceptional support

By inquiry

We help assists patients who are experiencing difficult circumstances whereby the cost of their treatment impedes achieving outcomes. This is a case by case evaluation and requires a supporting letter from your General Practitioner.
